Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 green onions green parts only, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic-infused oil or use garlic-infused oil to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce use gluten-free if preferred
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce ensure it’s low FODMAP
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sesame seeds for garnish optional
  • slider buns use gluten-free if preferred
  • Hoisin sauce for spreading
  • Sriracha mayo mix Sriracha with lactose-free mayonnaise to customize for an allergy
  • fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
  • sliced cucumber for topping

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped green onions (green parts only), garlic-infused oil, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties, sized to fit your slider buns.
  • Cook the chicken patties in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, approximately 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Spread hoisin sauce on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  • Place a cooked chicken patty on top of the hoisin sauce.
  • Drizzle Sriracha mayo over the chicken patties. Add fresh cilantro leaves and sliced cucumber on top.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra flavor and texture (optional). Place the top half of the slider buns over the ingredients to complete the sliders.
