beef sirloin or flank steak
thinly sliced

garlic infused oil

red bell pepper
thinly sliced

green bell pepper
thinly sliced
green onion tops
chopped (for garnish)
sesame seeds
for garnish, optional
Instructions
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, ground cumin, and chili powder. Mix well.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic infused oil and stir for about 30 seconds until aromatic.
Add the marinated beef to the wok and stir-fry until it's browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the wok and set it aside.
In the same wok, add a bit more oil if needed and stir-fry the sliced bell peppers until they are tender yet still crisp.
Return the cooked beef to the wok and toss everything together to combine.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve the cumin beef over cooked rice or noodles.
