Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper adjust to spice preference
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped (avoid for low FODMAP)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 small tomato diced (optional)

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
