Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
