Instructions
In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and ginger.
Pour dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
