Ingredients

  • 4 white fish fillets e.g., snapper, cod, halibut, flounder
  • 2 tbsp jerk seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix jerk seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade. Rub the marinade evenly over the white fish fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Marinate the fish in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Grill the white fish for 4-5 minutes per side or bake for 12-15 minutes, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.
