Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer. Add vinegar.
  • Crack eggs into a small bowl and gently slide into the simmering water.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
