Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a gentle simmer. Add vinegar.
Crack eggs into a small bowl and gently slide into the simmering water.
Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny.
Remove with a slotted spoon, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
