Ingredients
400gsalmon filletskin removed
1tbspolive oil
1eggbeaten
1tbspDijon mustard
1tbspfresh dillchopped
1garlic cloveminced
1tbsplemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
4burger buns
tomato and lettucefor serving
1tbsptartar sauceoptional
Instructions
In a food processor, pulse the salmon until finely chopped.
In a bowl, combine chopped salmon, Dijon mustard, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Gently add in the beaten egg.
Form the mixture into 4 patties. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.
Serve on burger buns with tomato, lettuce and tartar sauce (if using). Enjoy with any other sauces or condiments of your choice.
