garlic-infused oil

Thai red chilis

ginger
finely chopped

green onions
green parts only, chopped

gluten-free soy sauce

fish sauce

tablespoon
maple syrup

fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
rice or rice noodles for serving
Instructions
Heat garlic-infused oil in a large pan over high heat.
Add chopped ginger, chilis and sauté until fragrant.
Add ground chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, cooking until browned.
In a small bowl, mix gluten-free soy sauce, fish sauce, and maple syrup.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to combine.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for a few minutes.
Add green onions (green parts only) and fresh basil leaves. Stir until the basil is wilted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the Thai Basil Chicken over rice or rice noodles.
