- 1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic infused oil
- 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper thinly sliced
- green onion tops chopped (for garnish)
- sesame seeds for garnish, optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, ground cumin, and chili powder. Mix well.
