Add custom food categories/tags to track trigger foods

Did you know you can use the Candor app to create your own food categories?

There may be days or times when you do not want to enter a detailed entry on everything you have eaten. Also, entering categories consistently can help you isolate a food group that may be causing your flare-ups or triggers.

Here’s how to do it:

You can add your custom categories in 3 simple steps:

– Go to the Diary screen and tap the +Add button for food

– Tap the “Select Food and Drink” button

– Create your custom category – START WITH “/”

And that’s it! You can find the biggest offending trigger foods on the analytics screens in the Candor app.
