Ingredients

  • 1/2 head green cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 head red cabbage shredded
  • 2 carrots julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and ginger.
