Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar substitute erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips 70% cocoa or higher
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar substitute, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the melted butter and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
