Ingredients

  • 400 g salmon fillet skin removed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns
  • tomato and lettuce for serving
  • 1 tbsp tartar sauce optional

Instructions

  • In a food processor, pulse the salmon until finely chopped.
  • In a bowl, combine chopped salmon, Dijon mustard, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Gently add in the beaten egg.
  • Form the mixture into 4 patties. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve on burger buns with tomato, lettuce and tartar sauce (if using). Enjoy with any other sauces or condiments of your choice.
