When we talked to people managing Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) about common treatments for IBS and what makes them feel better, we got some surprising answers. Instead of fancy treatments, they told us that simple lifestyle changes do the trick.
For many, keeping an eye on what they eat and finding ways to relax were key. It’s all about managing stress and being mindful of their diet. These little adjustments seem to go a long way in dealing with the pain and discomfort of IBS.
